What products do you sell?
EN — Currently, MONTRUA offers eau de parfum, diffusers, and hand cream — each capturing a different moment of Seoul. We're steadily expanding into sachets, bath products, and lifestyle souvenir items, so more scent formats are on the way.
KR — 현재 몽루아는 향수, 디퓨저, 핸드크림을 판매하고 있습니다. 모두 서울의 각기 다른 순간을 담은 제품입니다. 앞으로 사셰, 입욕제 등 라이프스타일 기념품 품목도 차례로 추가될 예정입니다.
How should I choose a fragrance? / 향은 어떻게 선택해야 할까요?
EN — Each MONTRUA scent is built around a specific Seoul memory. Visit the flagship store in Bukchon to try them in person; our team is happy to guide you to the scent that matches the moment you want to take home.
KR — 몽루아의 향은 서울을 모티프로 만들어졌습니다. 북촌 플래그십 스토어에 방문하시면 직접 시향해보실 수 있고, 어떤 순간을 가져가고 싶으신지에 따라 향을 추천해드리고 있습니다.
How long does the fragrance last, and is it safe for skin? / 향수는 얼마나 지속되며, 피부에 안전한가요?
EN — Our eau de parfum typically lasts 4–8 hours on the skin, depending on individual skin type and environment. All MONTRUA products are formulated with fragrance ingredients that comply with IFRA standards, and allergens are disclosed in accordance with cosmetic regulations.
KR — 몽루아 오 드 퍼퓸은 피부 타입과 사용 환경에 따라 평균 4~8시간 정도 지속됩니다. 모든 제품은 IFRA 기준을 준수한 향료를 사용하며, 화장품 규정에 따라 알레르기 유발 성분을 투명하게 표시하고 있습니다.
VISITING THE STOREals
Where is the store, and what are your hours? / 매장 위치와 영업시간이 어떻게 되나요?
EN — MONTRUA's flagship store is located at the Bukchon Hanok Village, Seoul. We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no days off.
KR — 몽루아 플래그십 스토어는 서울 북촌한옥마을에 위치해 있습니다. 매일 오전 9시부터 오후 7시까지, 연중무휴로 운영됩니다.
Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in? / 예약 없이 방문해도 되나요?
EN — Walk-ins are always welcome — no reservation needed.
KR — 별도 예약 없이 자유롭게 방문하실 수 있습니다.
Is English support available in store? / 영어로 응대가 가능한가요?
EN — Yes — our team can assist you in both English and Chinese, so feel free to ask about any scent or product in person.
KR — 네, 매장에서 영어와 중국어 응대가 모두 가능합니다. 향이나 제품에 대해 편하게 문의해주세요.
PURCHASE & SHIPPING
Can I purchase online as well? / 온라인으로도 구매할 수 있나요?
EN — Yes — MONTRUA is available both in-store and online. At our Bukchon flagship, you can try every scent in person, and for online orders, our Naver Smart Store and website are open anytime, wherever you are.
KR — 네, 온라인과 오프라인 모두에서 구매 가능합니다. 북촌 플래그십 스토어에서는 모든 향을 직접 시향해보실 수 있고, 온라인으로는 네이버 스마트스토어 또는 홈페이지에서 언제든 편하게 주문하실 수 있어요.
Do you ship internationally? / 해외로도 배송이 가능한가요?
EN — International shipping is currently in preparation and not yet available. For now, we recommend purchasing in-store during your visit to Seoul — domestic delivery is available via our Naver Smart Store or website.

As a foreign tourist, can I get a tax refund? What payment methods do you accept?
MONTRUA does not currently offer tax-free / tax refund benefits. We do, however, accept a wide range of payment methods — cash, credit card, prepaid card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Seoul Pay, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay — so however you like to pay, we've got you covered.
